FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

We are currently offering free UK standard delivery on all orders. Orders are dispatched via DPD and should take between 2-5 working days to arrive (this excludes weekends and Bank holidays). *Terms & Conditions apply, please see below.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Isle of Man could take between 2-8 working days to arrive (this excludes weekends and Bank holidays).

Shipping to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man: £15

DELIVERY DETAILS

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you would like to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address. 

Alternatively, if you would like help placing separate orders to multiple addresses, please contact our customer services team.

We are unable to deliver to a P.O Box address.

We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

PLEASE NOTE: For all deliveries outside of the UK, any taxes and import duties are payable locally.

DELIVERY DATES 

Due to the current unprecedented circumstances, your delivery date cannot be guaranteed. All delivery dates are estimated and may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: customs delays, adverse weather conditions or unexpected increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order. Bella Bellissima does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order online.

Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements.

We will take payment at the point that your order is placed on our website.

All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. 

Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.



RETURNS

All sales are final. The products sold on bellabellissima.com are non-refundable.

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as a department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer.
